The Bible Says...
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
The Bible ALSO Says...But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. (2 Peter 3:7)
There are plenty of other verses that speak of people perishing for all eternity in a place of torment due to God's Judgment. So we now have established, however be it simply, that the bible says that 'hell' exists and that he will send people there.BUT...
I thought the bible said that God didn't want anyone to perish.
SO...
Knowing that God supposedly has All Power to bring about his perfect will... I'm left to conclude one or all of the following.
1. God is a liar and does want people to go to hell.
2. God is a liar, everyone will be saved, and he just said that to be a prick.
3. God is just... a Big Fucking Lie.
Any other explanation just seems to be classic christian circular reasoning bullshit!
